Hypnosis really means experiencing a pleasant sense of deep relaxation. I will use subjects to relax you that I know you will enjoy, from countryside to beaches.
Then i will make suggestions, within the scripts i prepare for you, which allow you to make positive changes within yourself. Long gone are the days when hypnosis was seen as waving watches and controlling people’s minds. In a hypnotherapy session you are always in control and it would not be possible to make you do things you did not want to do.
The depth of relaxation varies considerably from person to person, client to client. Some clients are aware of everything which is said, others have little recollection. Either way, hypnotherapy can be equally effective, with a beneficial response in approximately 80% of clients. Whatever the subject being treated, clients find the feel happier and more relaxed across all areas of their lives.
I am experienced, trained and qualified in a wide range of counselling approaches, including Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Gestalt. Whether I help my clients with counselling, hypnotherapy or a combination of both purely depends on their needs and preferences.
